International Film Festival
The 100 Plus International Film Fest will
give young people an opportunity to creatively express their hopes and
dreams for the future. The film fest is open to Nazarene youth
worldwide. Submissions can be made through July 1, 2008.
"We believe there are many young people worldwide who have the talent
and creativity to produce some powerful films that will share their
faith in relevant ways." Says Doug Fleming, Asia-Pacific Regional
Communications coordinator.
Entrants have the chance to influence their generation with a positive
message and receive prizes such as video gear, software, electronic
equipment, T-shirts, scholarships, and more.
Applicants can register online at www.100plusfilmfest.com where there are production tips,
inspirational clips, and specific contest guidelines. The site will
also serve as the screening room for all films submitted by registrants.
World Mission Communications, Nazarene Youth International, and JESUS
Film Harvest Partners will host the Film Festival. Their hope is to
collect quality, creative, relevant, evangelistic short films/videos in
a variety of languages that can be distributed via Web sites, DVD, JESUS
film teams, as well as other venues globally.
